There is wisdom and peace in the simple alignment of your mind, your heart and your body with the satisfaction of a need to look inward… and be pleased with what you see. Clean the slate with each pose; celebrate what you and your body can do; and learn to enjoy the moment. Michelle will guide you through a practice of key poses that will allow you to extend the gift from your mat to the rest of your life. Michelle walked into an Empowered Yoga class and knew she had come home after years of searching for the “right” form of exercise. Her love of teaching and her practice inspired her to complete the 200-hour Empowered Yoga/Verge Power Yoga teacher-training program. She continues to be inspired by her students and fellow teachers on a daily basis and works to share that inspiration and passion with her classes.
