Science Of Spirit:

Advanced Training In Healing & Practical Purpose To Our Practice
 with Erica Jung

Date:  June 16-18, 2017
Time: TBA

Yoga is often taught as the union of the mind, body, and spirit, but what exactly is the spirit and how does it effect our practices?

Traditionally the spirit is believed to be an ether that creates our consciousness and journeys through lifetimes of physical bodies to learn earthly lessons.
Being that it is an esoteric concept, often it can be quiet difficult for the average person to connect with let alone experience the depth of ones spirit.

This training and Immersion will delve into exploring what that exactly is and how to start to recognize it within self, as well as guiding others on a journey of inward reflection and connection.

We will cover and explore the human spirit and how to heal with a combination of Metaphysics, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Vedic Philosophy, Yoga Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation, Journaling, Open Discussion, and combinations of Erica Jung’s personal life experiences and techniques gathered over an extensive career in preventative and western health care.

For yoga teachers, this will be a powerful space of self healing and awareness allowing for deeper and stronger presence and clarity as a guide, as well as being able to invite your students to explore more than just movement.

For any yoga practitioner or persons looking to lead a healthier and happier life, this course will guide you in embracing the pains that hold us back, and release them for a freedom and happiness you’ve never felt before.

FAQ

Is the immersion suitable for all levels or non “yoga” people?

Yes! The immersion is suitable even for people who do not practice yoga.

That is the beauty with this immersion. It takes different methods of health, wellness, and  mindfulness in a way that is approachable by anyone who is looking to lead a more authentic and connected life.

I truly encourage everyone to attend having having prior yoga experience is NOT needed.

We will go over much in the course so people will not be lost on what say pranayama is etc.

Can u tell a bit about “interactive lecture“.

Absolutely! As Benjamin Franklin said: “Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.”

It could be very easy for me to stand in front of you and speak for hours but that is not how you will gain the most from this weekend.

We will be blending lecture and active participation to try different principles or experiencing so you can feel and discuss or reflect immediately as well as be able to ask questions on the spot.

The idea is to be very much apart of the process to actively move through the process laid out in The Science of Spirit so that by the end of the weekend, you will have shifted deeply and profoundly yourself.

Expect to ask questions, move, write, try, and have fun!
